Hello! My roommate (M-32) and I (F-33) are looking for a respectful young professional who is chill, has their own life, and wouldn't mind a small dog to move in now-Oct 1. We are friendly and enjoy hanging out now and again but we both have our friend groups and are focused on enjoying NYC and our careers. We are looking for someone similar. We have our own W&D in the apartment, but there is also paid laundry downstairs if needed. There are two rooms in the apartment that are the same size, I currently have the master. You would have a shared bathroom with the M roomate who is very clean + organized and is usually out the door by 7:30 AM Monday-Friday. There is an option to add amenities (~$140/month) which includes a basketball court, luxury gym, rooftop pool, indoor pool, and several workspaces.) On the property, there is also an optional parking garage and a complimentary dog park & courtyard-style park with BBQ grills. Super close to the E, M, R (Queens Plaza) and 7 Train (Queensboro/Court Square). Application fee includes a non-refundable deposit. Thank you and looking forward to meeting ya!
