We have a double-wide mobile home available for rent in a small spaciously arranged park in a great location close to freeways, Boise State University, St. Alphonsus Hospital, shopping, schools, and a bus stop. A 7 ft. x 7 ft. storage shed is included with this rental. The home has walk-in closets, front deck, back patio, fenced yard, double pane windows, a/c, gas furnace, washer/dryer hookups, 2 off-street parking spaces, automatic sprinkler system, refrigerator, dishwasher, range with self-cleaning oven, range hood, and laundry room. NO smoking and NO pets. The home has its own power, natural gas, and water meters. Tenant pays power, natural gas, and water; Landlord pays sewer and trash. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the flower beds and yard (including, but not limited to, mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, and raking leaves). A lawnmower is provided. Tenant may opt to pay a professional lawn service to meet this requirement. An application is required, but no application fee is charged.
