Small studio, essentially a bedroom with room for a desk and a few things, plus kitchenette and full bath (tub). The neighborhood is quiet, but one is within easy walking/biking distance to Buona Forchetta, Harland, Food Bowl grocery, Benny's Mexican Restaurant and other establishments. Views down the hill of San Diego Bay.
