Cove Realty is looking for a reliable, motivated person to fill the position of Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager for Long-Term Outer Banks rentals (rentals with yearly leases). A North Carolina Real Estate License is not required at the time of hiring but ability to pursue licensure is required to ultimately take the position of Long-Term Property Manager. Basic computer skills are a must, as our system is entirely computer-based. Job duties include, but are not limited to office tasks, problem-solving, answering phones, taking reservations, filing, screening potential tenants, assisting the Property Manager, inspecting long-term rentals, and so forth. Successful candidates will share a 2bdrm/2ba apartment with attached (but separate) office, and receive wages. MUST have prior California tenant/landlord experience, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, follow directions, policies, and procedures as determined by Main Office, etc. Spanish a plus.
