The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in coordinating multiple moving parts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects. - Organize and manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. - Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. - Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. - Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays or cost overruns. - Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
