Onsite Motel Manager – Housing Included – $3,000–$3,500/mo + Bonuses Ideal for a single person or a two-person team We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Onsite Manager to run day-to-day operations at our independent motel in Ashland, Oregon. This is a live-in position that includes a free 2-bedroom apartment (all utilities paid). Monthly pay ranges from $3,000 to $3,500 depending on experience and is negotiable. Performance bonuses up to $6,500/year are available. This position is open to either a single individual or a responsible two-person team willing to share duties. Compensation can be discussed based on experience and team setup. The Role: This is a high-responsibility position that requires consistent onsite availability outside of scheduled time off. It’s ideal for someone in a stable life phase looking for long-term housing and reliable income. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure a great stay • Follow up with guest • Assist housekeepers in the morning (strip rooms, start laundry) • Check rooms after housekeeping to ensure they meet cleanliness standards • Supervise and support staff performance • Monitor and address maintenance issues quickly • Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-kept property • Track inventory and ensure accurate guest charges • Provide weekly updates to ownership What We’re Looking For: • Friendly and upbeat attitude • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Willingness to take initiative and solve problems • Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred • Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus • Tech-savvy enough to manage email, online platforms, and spreadsheets Compensation & Perks: • $3,000–$3,500/month (negotiable based on experience) • Performance-based bonuses up to $6,500/year • Free 2-bedroom onsite housing with utilities included • Paid time off during the off-season • Annual vacation contribution (in addition to PTO)
