Position: Shipping Supervisor Location: Olds Station The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all shipping activities, including employee supervision, order accuracy, food safety compliance, and communication with production, sales, and quality control teams. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work up to 6 days per week and up to 12 hours per day; 7 days per week during Cherry Season. Direct and oversee employees including forklift operators and grounds personnel. Responsible for hiring, orientation, and training of new employees. Enforce Food Safety, Safety, CTPAT Security, and Company policies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment through team communication. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements (safety glasses, reflective vest, etc.). Communicate thoroughly with production, quality control, and sales departments. Must be able to read and write in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with all employee levels. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; AS400 knowledge a plus. Ability to work professionally with others and as part of a team. Willing to cross-train in other duties. Complete export and domestic shipping forms accurately and on time. (Will train) Monitor attendance and manage daily employee time records. Willingness to take First Aid and BBP training.
