We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service & Leasing Associate to join our team at our brand-new boat & self-storage facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by sales and customer satisfaction. As we take over this brand new property and continue lease-up, you will be the face of the facility — welcoming customers, giving tours, handling rentals through our management system, and helping ensure the property is always clean and inviting. Responsibilities Customer Sales & Leasing: Greet and assist prospective customers, provide tours of the facility, and convert inquiries into rentals. Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist tenants with questions, payments, or move-ins/outs. Facility Presence: Keep the property tidy, welcoming, and well-presented for customers. Marketing Support: Assist with local marketing efforts such as distributing flyers, networking with nearby businesses, and supporting promotional campaigns. Administrative Tasks: Use our management system to complete rentals, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Requirements Experience: Customer service or sales experience preferred, ideally in retail, leasing, hospitality, or property management. Skills: Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build trust and close rentals. Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility: Approximately 30 hours per week with scheduling flexibility depending on customer demand. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using our management system to complete transactions and track activity.
