Mon-Fri: 6:30am – 3:30pm (Schedule subject to change depending on staffing.) Start date: Immediately (2–3-month training) Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, direct experience can replace education. Benefits: Family flexibility, simple IRA up to 3% matching, medical stipend, vacation/sick time leave www.mvcounseling.com What you will be doing: As a Business Manager, you will be the liaison between our 20 amazing mental health providers and 7 staff members that support the provider’s individual private practices. You will manage the workflow and monitor assigned job duties for completion and take care of the needs of the business side by paying bills, completing quarterly reports, processing year end taxes, managing the annual budget and forecasting, and address the day-to-day business needs. Good communication skills and flexibility are a must to be successful in this job. You will make recommendations and advocate for the needs of the staff during our weekly meetings. You will also provide administrative support to the providers. To succeed in this position, you must possess solid customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with your staff and the providers you serve from a wide variety of ages and backgrounds. In addition, you will be integral in successfully onboarding new providers and staff members. The team cares about our clients and enjoys building connections with them on their mental health journey. We are seeking applicants for our Christian agency who are comfortable engaging in faith-based activities such as morning prayer time with staff. Our candidate would be someone who enjoys working as a team leader in a Christ centered community of employees. A sense of humor and lightheartedness is a big plus along with flexibility. We enjoy building relationships with our providers and staff by planning activities throughout the year. Our front office team enjoys a yearly retreat and other activities throughout the year, such as Christmas parties, summer BBQs, birthdays, etc. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of leadership experience in office administration, office management or related roles. • Strong organizational skills and managing multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel and Teams. • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills. • Working independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in mental health, insurance or related industries. • Familiarity with insurance, credentialing and medical billing. • Bookkeeping and payroll experience. • Prior management experience.
