The FP&A Manager will direct all commercial Finance and management reporting activities across the business unit.  The successful candidate will lead and drive the CSM commercial Finance Team responsible for generating key activities of budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management all performed to the highest quality and service standards. **Must live within 60 miles from Malvern, PA, USA.** Requirements To be successful in this role you should have: 2-3 years experience in a FP&A role Fully-qualified chartered accountant (CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) preferable Demonstrable experience in a similar position Prior experience of clinical supplies management preferable Business Partnering experience required Must be in the Malvern, PA area Your role at Clinigen: Ensure financial control, drive consistency and robust financial planning for the CSM division owning the provision of Monthly management accounts and relevant KPIs for the business unit Manage the consolidation of global CSM results to generate clear and accurate monthly Business review packs , rolling forecasts and own the Annual budget and long range processes & timetable Take ownership of reviewing the Sales commission plans and payout calculation for the division to ensure a strong financial governance and review of commission payments made each quarter Provide financial input on specific Business or Investment projects, e.g. ERP, Regulatory changes, M&A, licensing deals, and divestments Support the sales leadership with financial review of new Business opportunities & RFI responses Take an active role in reviewing the existing systems and processes to ensure joined-up approach across the business unit and drive continuous improvements in business processes along with the integration of local EU and US processes to be aligned with the Global finance strategy We’re excited about you if you have: Demonstrable strong business and commercial awareness Experience of a multi-site/international team with exposure to tax and international accounting Ensure effective and open communication of key messages to the divisional and Group teams to provide timely and reliable updates around any performance of business changes that arise Benefits While at Clinigen, you’ll enjoy: The culture. Thanks to our diverse opportunities for engagement and involvement, every colleague’s Clinigen experience can be a bit different, and we’re proud of that.
