We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Project Manager to lead financial oversight and commercial execution across a portfolio of service and digitalization projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project profitability, compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cost control, revenue recognition, forecasting, and risk mitigation, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities Support cost controlling activities for various Controls projects, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets. Lead financial project setup including WBS structure, performance planning, and SAP configuration Manage revenue recognition processes: monitor actual vs. planned, degree of completion, cost to complete, and ensure compliance with US-GAAP / IFRS Drive financial planning, forecasting, and deviation analysis throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure quality, scope alignment, and achievement of financial goals (revenue, margin, SG&A, cash flow) Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks, including tax implications, export regulations, and contractual obligations Oversee invoicing, cash flow management, and account receivables to maintain strong financial health Support change management and claim processes to optimize project profitability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial project management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector Proficiency in SAP (Billing and Project modules), Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, cost control, and budgeting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with risk assessment and compliance frameworks (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, export control) Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Power Automate are a plus. Familiarity with Energy products, services, and internal processes. Certification in project management (PMI, IPMA) is a plus.

Sr. Credit Risk Review Analyst - Commercial Lending Tampa, FL Join our highly skilled Credit Risk Review (CRR) team as a Senior Credit Risk Review Analyst specializing in Commercial Lending. CRR's primary objective is to provide timely and independent assessments of credit exposures and credit risk, with results reported directly to senior management and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.
