Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Richardson, TX (In-Office Only) Employment Type: Full-Time About Xite Xite is a leading healthcare M&A advisory and practice brokerage firm specializing in sell-side representation for high-performing dental, medical, plastic surgery, urgent care, ER, and related healthcare practices. With a deep understanding of private equity, buyer dynamics, and practice-level financial performance, we deliver strategic outcomes for healthcare entrepreneurs nationwide. We’re growing rapidly and seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in our Richardson, TX headquarters. Position Overview As a Financial Analyst at Xite, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A advisory, practice brokerage, and valuation efforts. You will be responsible for analyzing the financial health of healthcare practices, preparing marketing and diligence materials for buyers and investors, and helping identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Responsibilities Analyze and recast practice financial statements (P&Ls, balance sheets, tax returns, production reports, etc.) Develop and maintain valuation models, including EBITDA normalization, pro forma projections, and scenario analyses Support the creation of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), teasers, and financial exhibits for deals Participate in the due diligence process, managing data rooms and responding to buyer requests Conduct market research and benchmark financials against comparable practices and transactions Support brokers and managing directors with deal structuring insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation prep Track financial performance of deals post-closing for reporting and investor communications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience working for a DSO or MSO Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Familiarity with EBITDA, valuation multiples, and M&A terminology Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with Salesforce, Dentrix, Open Dental, EagleSoft, EZDerm, and numerous other EMR and Practice Management Software. Head of Global Alpha Researcher (USA)
Trexquant developed the Global Alpha Researcher Program (GAR) in 2015 with a mission to provide a platform for highly academically-talented and high achieving individuals who may not have traditional finance backgrounds but are interested in applying their skills in quantitative finance. Since inception, the GAR program has contracted more than 200 individuals and many  of GARs have converted to full-time employment at Trexquant.  We are seeking a Head of Global Alpha Researchers to lead and expand the GAR program. In this role you will be responsible for leading our GAR alpha research initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment for participants across multiple regions and defining the roadmap to further grow the program.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring emerging talent. Responsibilities Lead and mentor Global Alpha Researchers in developing Alpha Strategies Develop and execute the strategic vision for the GAR program, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
