Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the Product and Tech Finance Team, supporting the Engage business segment. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business problems spanning a wide range of cross-functional business activities, including deep analytics and business recommendations. This position will have a heavy focus on gross profit and the identification of key drivers to assist senior management in the decision-making process. These values define how our global organization operates and inspire our more than 3,000 employees across 55 different countries.  Key Responsibilities:  Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, CAC, LTV, and expansion revenue.  Own and improve sophisticated financial models for revenue/GP forecasting, unit economics, and scenario planning.  Use market information and cross-functional input to enhance forecasting accuracy and provide greater insight into GP drivers.   Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes as well as providing analysis on customer pricing scenarios. Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.  Act as a valued business partner to the Engage Product team by providing informed, proactive analysis and business insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.  Collaborate with peers to complete special projects while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.  Requirements  5-7 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably SaaS or subscription business.  Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint.  Excellent communication, analytical, and financial skills with a data-driven focus.  Experience with Tableau, Netsuite, Anaplan and/or Salesforce is a plus.  Proven ability to visualize data and tell a compelling story.  Strong “customer service” focus and ability to create value for stakeholders.  Humble, personable, and a collaborative team player.
