In this fulfilling role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include helping clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. Join us in making a significant impact in the lives of those we serve! Key Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal planning and preparation to ensure clients’ nutritional needs. Help clients engage in enjoyable activities and provide companionship. Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the clients' living spaces. Build trusting relationships with clients and communicate effectively with their families. Requirements Experience in a caregiving role is beneficial, but we will provide training for committed candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A compassionate attitude and commitment to client care are a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
