We are seeking is self-motivated, can take directions and follow directions, be detail-oriented, organized, with a great positive attitude, team player to be a part of our team. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 10am to 630pm (with 30 minute lunch &(2) 15 minute breaks) Job Duties: Respect the confidentiality of patients, doctors, and all staff. Answer phones, and greet incoming calls in a polite/professional/clear, and friendly manner. Check voicemail messages and forward them accordingly or address the message. Schedule patient appointments, cancel appointments, and reschedule appointments. Confirm patients' appointments when patients call to confirm. Communicating with the office team. Assist the team with other tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or higher Proficient in English. Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive, and AppleMac. Knowledgeable with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and postage machines. Ability to handle multi-task job duties. Detail-oriented/problem solver and organized. Responsible for own duties/self-motivated. Good verbal communication skills to receive and give information in person and by phone. Able to hold a conversation. Emotional maturity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and patients. Job Benefits: 12 paid holidays. Weekends off. 5 paid sick days and 2 weeks paid vacation after completing one year on probation. Compensation: $20 an hour. This job provides no relocation services.
