At H2, you'll have the opportunity to work with children and families to help address developmental and behavioral challenges. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to improve the lives of children in need. What You’ll Do: Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress during sessions. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure consistent care. Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice. Requirements What You’ll Need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred). Certification: Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience: Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are eager to grow!
