Please be ready to send or bring us the following: * Your current NYS License * 2 types of valid ID , such as a Passport, Drivers License, Learner Permit, Non Driver ID card * PPD test results dated within the last 30 days or copy of Chest X-ray results * MMR Test Report * Social Security and BLS Card Our Nurses work 12-hour shifts and are responsible for medication administration, learning and adhering to NYS Dept. of Health Regulations and the overall well-being of our Residents as well as the oversight of our Home Health Aides As a fully licensed Assisted Living Residence with Certification for both Special Needs and Enhanced Assisted Living, we are required to do pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
