We are a very busy oral surgery office with multiple oral surgeons and a large staff which will require responsibilities in human resources with our multiple doctors and auxiliary staff to satisfy our needs. Additionally, the manager will need skills to manage systems, protocols, implement IT solutions and ensure we have the most up-to-date and efficient office possible. The candidate should have experience in medical and/or dental billing, accounts receivable and experience in health care management.
