Position Overview We're hiring for a Front Desk Optometric Assistant/Office Manager position. While optical experience is preferred, we value attitude and culture fit over experience and are willing to train the right candidate. Hours & Work-Life Balance -8-hour shifts -Closed most weekends -Part-time or full-time options -Benefits: PTO, sick leave, 401K, and more Front Desk Responsibilities -Answering phones and scheduling appointments -Pre-testing patients before doctor examinations -Verifying and explaining insurance benefits (VSP-heavy office) -Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment -Ensuring exceptional patient experience from start to finish Management & Optical Responsibilities -Assisting with eyewear styling and selection -Educating patients on lens technology -Creating an exciting eyewear experience -Meeting sales goals -Building patient relationships to help grow our practice What We're Looking For -Dependable team member with a positive attitude -Willingness to learn and grow with our practice -Patient-focused mindset -Someone who finds fulfillment and has desire to helping others (patients, doctors, and the rest of staff) -Ability to wear different hats as needed Compensation: $23-30/hour.
