Qualifications and Skills: -Experience with in-home caregiving or home health settings is preferred. -Knowledge of patient care practices and principles of long-term care. -Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while adhering to safety protocols. -Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. -Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. -A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
