Infinite Home Health in Woodland Hills (LA County) and Westlake Village (Ventura Country) has multiple openings for Field staff: *Registered Nurses, *Licensed Vocational Nurse *Home Health Aides *Physical Therapists *Physical Therapy Assistants *Speech and Occupational Therapists *Medical Social Workers Our agency has been in the service of assisting patient for 20 plus years. We have amazing office staff and field staff that always give their best to help our patients make a full recovery. Field position for RN, LVN, PT, PTA or HHA will consist of the following and possible additional duties: *Visiting patients in the home setting to provide care *Contacting patient to schedule appointments *Completing visit notes on software DeVero( we provide training) *Communicating/reporting with office manager or director of nursing in regards to changes in patients level of care *Team oriented and ability to take on tasks independently *We welcome clinicians with experience or recent graduates *Qualities we look for this position: current active license, someone who takes initiative and works as part of a team, patient centered care, organizational skills, time management skills and clinicians open to learning new skills. *Benefits + Health Insurance PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME if interested, please do not call office to inquire
