Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other clinical procedures. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans. Document patient progress and report changes to the care team. Support patients’ rehabilitation goals through compassionate care. Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols.
