I am a retired program developer who has helped major aerospace and other firms produce leading edge technologies. My partner, now deceased, and I personally had some very progressive medical systems in the 1990s but were too far ahead of the curve and failed.
I have a recent provisional patent application that makes recent AI platforms more efficient and more applicable to general health populations.
Our first planned application would initially help prevent over 5% of emergency room admissions and would grow from there. Operating costs are a small fraction relative to the potential savings to insurance and patients.
The next planned application would extend all practioner services 24/7 through a one-of-kind application, helping patient self management and oversight.
Ambitious, yes; however, a first practical, functional program can be relatively easily started on a small basis and then will become highly and rapidly scalable.
I have the "IP" and all the needed initial design materials. I need to raise $30K seed capital, all of which, except your commission, will be exclusively used to finalize program's presentation materials, and to hire a piece-work, prompt engineer and a computer graphics specialist.
Though I live comfortably, at a quite advanced age, I lost several million dollars in the 2010 banking crises. I was personally renovating an old hospital intended as my beta program. Now, older and hopefully smarter... and poorer, I shall delegate this opportunity and even back the initial funding with my "total" remaining hard assets (approx $50K).
You will be paid a 10% finder's commission on the above.
I DO NOT WANT a silent investor. The investor must be sophisticated and have a good business or medical backgrond. They also must be willing to help set up the initial holding entity (LLC or other), and to act as the initial management officer, i.e., an active fiduciary managing their own investment (in alignment with our pre-agreed plan). All investment will qualify as business expenses for 2025 and all my assets will be transferred to our investment partner.
I have been diagnosed with early lung cancer. This is a risk venture, though I sincerely believe that the IP has many potential applications of almost unlimited potential (and options) depending on early association and partnering with the right, fast movers and developers.

You will immediately receive 10% of any money raised plus an interest in the company, proportional to your contributions. Next round will be $750,000 and produce the first tangible, operating facility including the necessary reserves for the self funding ramp. FYI: I have designed original medical programs that followers (copy cats) have raised billions of dollars. A local prominent cardiologist and an ASU cancer scientist can vouch for the credibility of the above design's potential.
