Your role: As our dental receptionist, you are the first and last impression our patients have. Your main responsibilities will include: Warmly greeting patients and checking them in and out for their appointments. Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiently. Answering phones and addressing patient inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor. Handling patient records, verifying insurance information, and processing payments. Collaborating with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure smooth daily operations. What we are looking for: A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required. Why join our team?
