SUPPORTED LIVING COORDINATOR-FT position providing coordination and support to adults w/disabilities in a Residential and Community setting. Knowledge of community resources preferred. BA in Human Services or 2 years related experience preferred. $21.00/HR Monday- Friday: Varied hours with occasional weekends.
