Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: 5146 Douglas Fir Rd, Calabasas, CA 91302 Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday About us: Ancestral Home Health is a staffing Agency for Home Care Services; we have been in business for 28 years. We are across from The Calabasas Commons very accessible to the freeway 101 South & 101 North. Our building is a very safe area and secure. About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting staffing operations, maintaining schedules, coordinating staff placements, and ensuring that all shifts are adequately covered. The prospective candidate requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as a vision to grow with the company to a management level position and can progress to be a team leader. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to meet operational needs Maintain up-to-date records of employee availability, shifts, and time off Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Communicate with department heads to understand staffing requirements Respond promptly to staffing shortages or last-minute changes Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in staffing, scheduling Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Medical and Dental Insurance 401k How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to ana@ancestralhomehealth.com.
