Caregivers For Private In Home Care- Great Pay!! (All of the Big Island)

We have an ongoing need to hire Caregivers across the Big Island. Excellent Pay!! Must be a current resident of The Big Island. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Caregiver must have at least two years of formal caregiving training and experience. Caregiver is required to have a valid drivers license, current insurance, and reliable transportation. You must pass a background check, TB Clearance, And either BLS, or CPR/1ST Aid Certified. CNA Certificate (if applicable). As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve elderly in need of support, love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by helping them perform their Activities of Daily Living, (see below). Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved and loved. We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule. Activities of Daily Living Description are as follows, but not limited to: Elder care Alzheimer/Dementia Care Medication reminders Assisting with walks Healthy Meal preparation Shower assistance/ Personal Hygiene Bathroom assistance Grooming Companionship Mental activities Conversation and Companionship Assistance with R.O.M and Mobility Exercises if needed Experience with Hoyer/hydraulic/manual pump lift Daily Reporting-ADL's Provide assisted transportation if needed. EXPERIENCE: We are looking for highly qualified, trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate caregivers to help assist our clients with their activities of daily living, with dignity and safety in mind while in their own homes. The ability to transfer with ease, use a gait belt, Hoyer lift experience, and lift 50 pounds easily. Minimum of 2 years experience. Our assignments vary from hourly up to 24 hour care. Therefore; we are looking for caregivers who can be flexible if needed and willing to travel. Candidates must be able to demonstrate care giving skills, and provide references.
