Documents care according to policy and procedures Initiates appropriate measures in emergency situations. Assists others with patient care activities when own assignment is completed. WA DOH Active and unencumbered license. Completion, or ability to complete of WA DSHS approved AFH minimum qualifications. Must obtain BLS with AED certification within thirty (30) days of hire, if not already possessed. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred.
