Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Immediate Opening | Flexible Schedule | $45–$65/hour DOE Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for a flexible, part-time role with meaningful impact? We’re seeking an RN to join our growing home care agency, committed to delivering exceptional in-home care with compassion and professionalism. Immediate Need: We currently have one long-term client requiring 15 hours per week of nursing care. This client’s care begins immediately and will form the base of your weekly schedule. In addition, other clients require quarterly nursing assessments (approximately 4 hours each per quarter). We are actively expanding our client base, and additional hours may become available in the future. Position Overview: This is a hybrid role, involving in-home visits (private residences and care facilities) as well as office-based documentation and planning. The schedule is flexible and designed around agency and patient needs. Compensation: · $45 and up, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: · Perform intake assessments for new clients and quarterly reassessments for existing clients. · Delegate appropriate medical tasks to caregivers and provide necessary oversight. · Schedule and complete assessments and delegations in a timely manner. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments and visit notes. · Train caregivers on medical procedures, equipment usage, and medication management. · Develop training materials for ongoing caregiver education. What We’re Looking For: · Active RN license in good standing. · Experience in home health, community nursing, or similar settings preferred. · Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. · A compassionate, dependable professional aligned with our mission to provide high-quality, personalized care.
