Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Supervisor located in Los Angeles, CA. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared efficiently and meets quality standards. Tasks include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, coordinating food preparation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety, and maintaining compliance with health regulations and standards. The Kitchen Supervisor will also collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and inventory management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of kitchen safety and compliance with health regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Culinary certification or relevant experience is a plus.
