Harvest Help (Healdsburg, CA) A family-owned winery in Dry Creek Valley is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our harvest crew through the end of October. While this position was originally planned as an internship, we are now looking for someone to simply jump in and help out during the busiest and most exciting time of the year in the cellar. About the Role: This is a hands-on position working directly with the winemaking team. Duties will vary from day to day but generally include: - Assisting with grape processing and fermentation activities - Pumpovers, press operations, and barrel work - Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and cellar spaces - Moving wine and juice as directed by the winemaking staff - General support wherever needed Hours & Duration: - Now through October - Shifts are typically 8–12 hours per day, depending on fruit intake and workload - We can be flexible with number of days per week and daily start/finish times if necessary Preferred Qualifications: - Forklift experience is a big plus - Background in wine, brewing, distilling, or food processing is helpful - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle repetitive, physical work with long hours on your feet - Positive attitude, good communication, and reliability are essential Compensation: - Hourly wage DOE $20-$25/hour - Opportunity to gain valuable cellar experience in a supportive, small-team environment Why Join Us?
