We are a restaurant & bar offering artisanal cocktails and craft beer in a laid-back setting with shareable plates. Join us for weekly events including bingo, trivia, and karaoke. We are currently looking to hire a full time Support/Food Runner to join our team! The ideal candidate has an upbeat & friendly attitude, advanced knowledge of expediting food tickets & plating food, strong multitasking abilities, open availability, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience. Our culture requires a candidate who is passionate about the service industry and energetic, with an outgoing personality, to enable seamless integration with our existing team. Location: Astoria, Queens Atmosphere: Neighborhood Casual SKILLS: - Casual Dining Experience - Fast-Paced Experience - Fluent in English Responsibilities: − Deliver excellence in customer service. − Ensure company culture is visible in all aspects of the business. − Perform opening and closing duties, including but not limited to the setup and break down of stations − Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of stations. − Retain complete knowledge of all food menu items. − Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times. − Must have the ability to carry large trays of food and have the ability to organize multiple orders. − Ensure sanitation fundamentals and NYC Dept of Health requirements. − Undertake regular internal inspections to ensure the company's assets are well maintained and protected. − All other responsibilities assigned by Management.
