In this role, you will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while delivering world-class travel services. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and personalized travel planning services for leisure, corporate, or group travel. Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel accommodations. Research destinations, itineraries, and travel options to meet client preferences and budgets. Stay up to date on travel regulations, entry requirements, and safety protocols. Handle travel changes, cancellations, and problem-solving with professionalism. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Use travel booking platforms, and supplier tools to complete reservations. Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality (preferred but not always required). Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and booking platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use travel industry software.
