We're open 4-9pm, Thursday- Sunday. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our food service establishment. We host large scale events in the shoulder seasons with ability to sign up for more hours if desired. All Souls Tortilleria Tortilla Bakery Crew COMPANY OVERVIEW All Souls Tortilleria is a Vermont-based food business using nixtamalization and stone-grinding to make delicious corn tortillas and fresh masa. We source organic corn for a high quality, nutrient-dense product. We also make fried chips and fresh flour tortillas in a separate bakery, also in the Old North End of Burlington. Experience in kitchens and familiarity with kitchen hygiene and sanitation protocols is preferred.
