Key Responsibilities -Lead and support the team during daily operations. -Hire, train, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service. -Oversee service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience. -Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory. -Handle cash management, deposits, and tip tracking. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations. -Collaborate with leadership on improving systems and SOPs. -Coordinate private events to increase location revenue. Qualifications -Must be 21+ with valid CA driver’s license & clean record. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. -Knowledge of draft systems preferred. -Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet. The Event Manager is responsible for the overall execution of events and performances at the venue on the day of the show. This role includes managing shows and private events to ensure a seamless experience for performers, clients, and attendees.
