Open Positions **Dishwasher** Experience Required: 2–3 years in a high-volume kitchen Responsibilities: Operate dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintain a clean dish area, and support kitchen staff with various needs. Receive and distribute deliveries. Qualifications: Reliability, stamina, and strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Excellent communication skills, ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Lifting up to 50lbs and carrying multiple dishes safely. **Food Runner/Busser** Experience Required: 2–3 years in a high-volume restaurant. Responsibilities: -Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests tables -Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards before serving. -Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate order and flow -Assist servers as needed clearing plates and resetting tables as needed. -Maintain cleanliness and orgnization in the service stations and dining areas. Qualifications: Reliability, stamina, and strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized.
