Washes dishes, cleans and sanitizes food surfaces, empties trash and cleans the floor after every service. Aids in dining hall setup/cleanup.  Qualifications Three years experience in a high volume food service establishment. Knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. Basic baking concepts. Works well with others and has the ability to follow direction with competence and understanding. Displays an attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Provides a current Servsafe certificate. Ability to lift thirty pounds. Valid driver’s license. Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
