We are looking for a front of house cashier to join our Loumpia team! We are in 4-5markets a week through Oct. Markets are: Columbia City, Phinney Ridge, University District, Pike Place, Fremont Sunday Market, CID night market, Tilth farm fest Job responsibilities - take customer orders - help customers decide which lumpia to eat - ensure any dietary restrictions or allergies are accounted for and communicated to the back of house, cook. As well as let the customer know which foods are not in alignment with their dietary needs. - arrive 15-30min early to setup front of house: setup cash register, table, drinks, sauces, order tickets, napkins, -help pack up: break down front of house and pack into tote in an organized manner, move booth things to car, - be able to cook lumpia to cover cook if they need to use the restroom. -troubleshoot and problem solve on the fly. Things happen from tech to process and im counting in this role to communicate with me and the team their solution and execute on it. Job requirements - ability to lift up upto 50lbs - ability to taste all food to guide customers to the right choice - ability to learn the menu and communicate the menu to the customer - transportation to and from any of the markets

Clean tables and chairs, vacuum and clean floors, and set tables for next meal service. Complete side duties such as adding sugar and creamer packets, cleaning beverage center, replenishing service bar, etc. Assist with banquets and special events and performs other duties as assigned by management. Help manage resident relations and complaints. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and with coworkers. Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings. Accurately record time worked, adhere to time keeping guidelines, obtain approval for any overtime and coordinate your schedule with your supervisor to account for company training and to avoid overtime.
