10 Barrel Eastside is looking for line and prep cooks! Line Cooks prepare and plate high-quality meals that meet the chef team's specifications and works at specific stations in the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or fryer. They are responsible for assembling ingredients, prepping food, and plating dishes with a limited amount of time. Line cooks monitor their station and stock it with necessary supplies. Other responsibilities include ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, managing multiple orders simultaneously and coordinating with other kitchen staff on the timely delivery of each dish. Other duties as assigned.
