Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting and seating them, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for customer service within the hospitality industry. Hourly wage may vary depending on experience. Shift meal included. Skills: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. - Familiarity with POS systems such as as SpotOn. - Good phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail. - Team player who can collaborate effectively with others in a restaurant setting.
