Pegasus Pizza Campus is looking for a morning prep/commissary driver. Early(ish) Prep shift, usually 6am until around noon. Experience with making and portioning dough is preferred. Following recipes precisely AND being able to work quickly is very important in this role. Setting up the daily prep needs, fulfilling the orders for all stores, organizing stock, putting away supply deliveries, accurately preparing recipes, cleaning and monitoring equipment. Having previous pizza experience is a big plus, we can train people who show interest, and could open up additional work hours available. This position does require driving, we have delivery vehicles and you need to be 21 to be on our insurance.
