At Socarrat, we’re looking for a warm and organized Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the ambassador of our restaurant, you’ll set the tone for unforgettable dining experiences while ensuring smooth service operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome Guests: Greet everyone with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage Reservations: Handle bookings efficiently and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service. Provide Assistance: Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests whenever possible. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers and managers to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain Standards: Keep the front-of-house organized, clean, and inviting. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience: Previous hosting or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required. Personality: Friendly, professional, and passionate about guest service. Skills: Strong organizational abilities and effective communication. Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace.
