We’re a small, hospitality-focused restaurant looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, enjoys being on the floor, and thrives in a service-driven, team-oriented environment! Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (primarily dinner, with some brunch shifts and holidays) Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year (based on experience) BONUS: 4% Commission on private events **Must be available for scheduled holidays** **We are CLOSED major holidays (Xmas, New Years, Thanksgiving)** Key Responsibilities Include: -Hire, train, schedule, manage, and, when necessary, terminate staff. -Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service during service. -Conduct pre-shift meetings and lead staff through service with professionalism and poise. -Manage payroll and tip-outs accurately and on time. -Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant. -Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control of supplies and food. -Draft, edit, and maintain menu descriptions and printed menus. -Monitor profit and loss, and identify ways to increase efficiency and profitability. -Maintain guest satisfaction through prompt communication and excellent service. -Oversee private events and large parties with attention to detail. -Use systems like OpenTable and Toast POS with confidence and efficiency. -Work holidays as required by the business.
