Job Summary: Holiday Inn Express is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Prior experience with HotelKey PMS is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival and throughout their stay Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using the property management system (HotelKey experience preferred) Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow all company and brand policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols Assist with night audit tasks or administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service background preferred Previous front desk or hotel experience is strongly preferred Experience with HotelKey PMS is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer and typing skills Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Why Join Us: Competitive pay Team-oriented and supportive work environment Opportunity for advancement within the IHG family of hotels Employee discounts at IHG properties worldwide Training and development opportunities
