The Woman’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room while assisting members and guests in a friendly, hospitable and professional manner. Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room. Deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity, while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Quickly and effectively collect towels for laundry and ensure clean towels are adequately stocked in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). Ensure all containers are clean and legible. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Operator and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage dispensers throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines. About the Role The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Position Responsibilities Delivers completed cuisine to designated tables Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require Serves all customers according to established standards of quality Have knowledge of appropriate garnishes and sauces for each plate. Have full knowledge of table numbers, seat numbers and sections of the restaurant. Perform final quality check of all plates before delivery. Deliver all food items to the correct table in a timely manner. Know pivot points and seat numbers to deliver food without “auctioning” food. Provide guests with any items they request to complete their meal. Communicate with service staff/management any requests you cannot provide. Communicate with kitchen/management regarding any food related issues brought to your attention by the guest. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
