We're searching for a candidate who can: Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and timely service. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, upscale dining and/or nightlife establishment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail selections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
