We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef in the SF area for a client. This position is full-time and the schedule is M-F all day shifts. This position is on a corporate campus - NOT restaurants. Sous Chef - This position supports the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen efficiency. The Sous Chef needs to be heavy in production overseeing a large team of 5 Chefs + 40 cooks. This position will include Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and catering. We are looking for someone that can take the wheel and drive the daily production of the menus alongside our other Sous Chefs.
