Key Responsibilities: - Foster a respectful and professional work environment for all coworkers and guests. - Deliver an exceptional dining experience by managing a section of tables in our vibrant and busy atmosphere. - Learn and sell our exceptional wine and spirits offerings to enhance our customers' dining experiences. - Consistent follow through on steps of service and daily responsibilities in order to fulfill performance agreements. - Maintain a team-oriented mindset to contribute to our successful tip pool system. - Adhere to high standards of organization, attention to detail, and sanitation in compliance with health department standards. Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years experience as a professional server, preferably in Fine Dining. - Level 2 Sommelier certification or equivalent knowledge and experience - WSET 2 spirit certification or equivalent experience - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere. - Demonstrated ability to follow direction and maintain a team-oriented mindset. - A track record of creating a respectful, positive work environment. - Must hold a valid California Food Handler Card & RBS Certificate.
