Founded in January 2014, C&S is a fresh, local, unique neighborhood market with two busy stores in Seattle(Capitol Hill, Pioneer Square), a brand new store in Redmond, and we're excited to grow our team! Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service in every interaction, create a positive customer experience Learn about our products in all categories, communicate product knowledge to enhance customer experience and sales Prepare excellent espresso drinks, delicious sandwiches, and pour beer/wine Process incoming grocery deliveries, rotate and stock thoroughly and consistently each day Gain proficiency in all POS functions including sales, transfers, inventory Maintain signage and visual displays throughout the store Assist and participate in store activities (tastings, demos, events) Store maintenance and basic cleaning Communicate openly and effectively with Team and Leadership Qualities and Requirements: Friendly, with a true desire to delight each customer Strong desire to build community among our customers, team, and vendors Love of good food!
