Cooking food: Experience in cooking methods, such as baking, grilling, frying, and boiling, to prepare dishes. Maintaining a clean kitchen Type of food being cooked served on menu - Asian Fusion (Includes Beef & Brocoli, General Tso and more - American Bar Food (Includes Mini Sliders, Tacos, Wings and NY Strip Steak and more. - Cafeteria Food ( Avocado Toast, BLT, Breakfast Wraps, Etc) This involves washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper food storage. Following recipes and instructions: Cooks must be able to follow recipes and instructions precisely to ensure dishes are cooked to the correct specifications. Working in a fast-paced environment: Cooks often work in a fast-paced environment, requiring them to be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality. Maintaining a sanitary kitchen: Cooks must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses. Additional responsibilities may include: Assisting other cooks and chefs.
